Chanel Blush in Espiegle - 2011 Summer Collection

Today's post is about the new Chanel blush that came out in the summer 2011 collection called Espiégle...
How you pronounce that?
No idea!
I have always wanted to try a chanel blush and now I finally have!

So the packaging is the nice classic black Chanel packaging.
With the CC's on it of course.

The color is a pretty light peachy pink.

It contains 4 grams of product.

The price is shocking, coming in at a whopping 40 bucks.

I got a 25% of on sale.

When swatched you see more peachy undertones.
This is definitly not a universal blush.

Only lighter skintones can pull this one of.
Otherwise it will just vanish on your skin.

I love the way it looks on my cheeks!
It gives a very nice natural glow!

Sooooooo... It it worth the arm and leg you have to pay for this?
No.
Simple answer.
For half the price you can get the Mineralize Mac blush in Dainty.
It's a little more pink but gives the same nice "Chanel" glow.
At least I finally bought a Chanel blush and can scratch that of my wish list.
Eventhough I love the blush, I will not splurge on one of them again.
